Setting privacy options

You can set up privay options in your address book to accept or block incoming phone calls. Follow these steps:

1. Open your address book.

2. Click on the green arrow below the Privacy Options label (bottom of the screen).

   The window expands to display four options you can select.

3. Click on a button to set the option. Each option is described below:

Select this option	to...
only accept calls from	accept calls from a selected list of users. When this option is selected, only the users that you specify will be allowed to call you. To specify a list of users, type their e-mail addresses in the field next to this button. Separate each email address by a comma. For example: jane@aol.com, lisa@earthlink.net
block calls from	block calls from a selected list of users. When this option is selected, the users that you specify will NOT be allowed to call you. To specify a list of users, type their e-mail addresses in the field next to this button. Separate each email address by a comma. For example: timk@modacad.com, betsy@att.net
block all calls	block all incoming phone calls. When this option is selected no other users will be able to call you. Think of it as a "do not disturb" feature.
accept all calls	accept all incoming phone calls. This option is automatically selected when you start up Fashion Trip.
